Creating an Account

Creating an account on GoExpertia takes just a couple of minutes. The platform is available for clients and service providers - translators, sourcing agents, and couriers.

Click 'Sign Up' in the top right corner. Enter your name, email, and create a password.

Verify your email - you'll receive a confirmation link at the address you provided.

Fill in your basic profile - photo, phone number, and city. This helps other users find you.

Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. That's it - your account is ready!

Use your real name and photo - it builds trust with clients and speeds up verification.

Creating a Provider Profile

If you want to offer services through GoExpertia, create a provider profile. You can create multiple profiles of different types.

Interpretation, translation, meeting assistance, tours, and communication support.

Sourcing Agent

Supplier search, product inspection, trade fair assistance, quality control.

Courier / Traveler

Document and sample delivery, transportation between cities and countries.

What to Fill In

Profile photo - a real photo increases bookings by 3x.

Language pairs - list all languages you work with.

Service description - describe in detail how you can help.

Hourly/daily rate - clients filter by price, set a competitive rate.

Certificates and portfolio - upload documents to speed up verification.

The first 7 days after registration are commission-free. Use this time to get your first reviews!

Creating a Booking

Booking is the primary way to order a service on GoExpertia. Once confirmed, both parties get access to chat, video calls, and contract generation.

On the specialist's page, click 'Book'. Select the date, time, and duration.

Describe your task - what needs to be done, city, and any special requirements.

Review the total price and confirm. The provider will be notified immediately.

Wait for confirmation from the provider. You can chat with them directly on the booking page.

After completion - confirm the service and leave a review. This helps other clients and boosts the provider's rating.

You can contact the provider before booking through chat or video call - discuss details in advance.

GoExpertia uses a trust level system to ensure transaction safety. Higher levels unlock more features.
