GoExpertia supports multiple payment methods depending on your region and service type.

SBP (Fast Payment System)goexpertia.ru

Instant transfer by phone number or QR code. Available for Russian banks. Minimal fees.

Bank Card

Pay with Visa, Mastercard, or MIR through a secure payment gateway.

Stripe (International)goexpertia.com

Pay by card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Available on goexpertia.com for international clients.

Via Manager

Pay by arrangement through Telegram or WeChat. Suitable for large orders and corporate clients.

Available payment methods depend on the domain. goexpertia.ru supports SBP and cards, goexpertia.com supports Stripe and international methods.

How Pricing Works

Service prices are set by providers in their profiles. The platform does not dictate rates.

Providers set their hourly or daily rate in their profile. Clients see the price before booking.

The total cost is calculated automatically: rate multiplied by duration (hours or days).

After completion, both parties confirm the actual number of hours/days worked.

Providers can set prices in RUB, CNY, or USD.

Platform Commission

GoExpertia charges a commission to providers for each completed booking. Clients pay no commission.

Base commission is 8% of the booking value. The rate may vary based on order volume.

First 7 days after registration are commission-free for new providers.

Commission is calculated automatically after booking completion. The invoice appears in the Commissions section of your dashboard.

Commission can be paid via SBP, bank transfer, or card depending on available methods.

Commission is calculated from the full booking value. Track payment deadlines in the Commissions section of your dashboard.

Documents & Invoices

GoExpertia automatically generates documents for each booking. All documents are available as PDF.

Invoice

Payment invoice with service details, requisites, and amount.

Contract

Service agreement with full requisites of both parties.

Completion Act

Confirmation of services rendered with scope and cost details.

Documents are available on the booking page after confirmation. Contracts can be generated in the Contracts section with auto-filled requisites via INN lookup.

Currency & Exchange Rates

The platform supports multiple currencies. Exchange rates are updated automatically.

Supported currencies: RUB (Russian Ruble), CNY (Chinese Yuan), USD (US Dollar), EUR (Euro).

Rates are updated hourly from the Central Bank of Russia. A currency converter is available on the site.

Providers choose their currency when creating a profile. Clients see prices in the provider's currency.

Billing for Legal Entities

If you operate as a company or sole proprietor, fill in your billing details for automatic document generation.

Open the Billing section in your dashboard. Enter your INN - the system will auto-fill company data via DaData.

Review and complete: KPP, OGRN, legal address, settlement account, BIK, correspondent account.

Save your details. They will be automatically used when generating contracts and invoices.

Billing details can be updated anytime. When generating a contract, you can specify a different client company's details.
