How to Leave a Review

Reviews help other users choose reliable specialists and motivate providers to deliver quality work. You can leave a review after booking completion.

Open a completed booking in the 'My Bookings' section of your dashboard.

Click 'Leave a Review'. Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars.

Write your review - describe the service quality, punctuality, and professionalism.

Click 'Submit'. The review will appear on the provider's profile page and be visible to all users.

Detailed reviews describing specific experiences are more valuable than short 'all good' comments. Mention what you liked or didn't.

Rating System

A provider's rating is calculated as the average of all scores. It's displayed on the specialist's card and profile.

Excellent - provider exceeded expectations, highly recommended.

Good - quality work, minor remarks.

Average - task completed, but room for improvement.

Poor - serious issues with quality or timing.

Very poor - service not delivered or unacceptable quality.

Rating affects the provider's position in search results. Specialists with high ratings and many reviews appear higher.

Review Guidelines

To make reviews useful for all platform participants, follow these simple rules.

Good Reviews

Describe your specific experience - the task, result, and impressions.

Be objective - note both positives and negatives if applicable.

Leave reviews promptly - while details are still fresh.

Rate according to your actual experience.

Not Allowed in Reviews

Insults, profanity, and discrimination in any form.

Posting contact details - phone numbers, emails, social media links.

Fake reviews - paid positive reviews or intentionally negative ones without real experience.

Mentioning competitors or advertising other services.

Reporting Reviews

If you believe a review violates platform rules, you can dispute it.

Click 'Report' under the review you consider inappropriate.

Specify the reason - fake review, insults, spam, or other violation.

A moderator will review the report within 3 business days. If the review violates rules, it will be removed.

A review won't be removed just because it's negative. Only reviews violating platform rules are removed. If you disagree with a rating, the best approach is to respond professionally and earn new positive reviews.
