Verification, trust levels, data protection, and content moderation

Provider Verification

Verification confirms that a provider is a real specialist. Verified profiles receive a special badge and inspire more trust from clients.

Open 'My Profiles' in your dashboard and select the profile to verify.

Upload documents: passport or ID, certificates, diplomas, work portfolio.

A moderator will review your documents within 1-3 business days. Documents are stored securely.

Once approved, your profile gets a verification badge. It's displayed on your card and profile page.

Uploaded documents are automatically protected with a watermark, and document numbers are blurred to prevent misuse.

Trust Level System

GoExpertia uses 4 trust levels to ensure transaction safety. Your level affects booking limits and available features.

0
Level 0 - New

Basic access after registration. Email verified, profile completed. Limit: up to 3 bookings per day.

Level 1 - Verified

Documents uploaded and reviewed by moderator. Up to 5 bookings per day, increased daily amount limit.

Level 2 - Trusted

Multiple successful transactions, positive reviews. Up to 10 bookings per day, extended features.

Level 3 - Premium

Consistent track record, high rating, no violations. Maximum limits and priority support.

Trust level increases automatically based on successful transactions, reviews, and absence of violations.

Data Protection

GoExpertia processes personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ and GDPR.

Contact information is hidden until booking confirmation. Phone numbers and emails are not visible in public profiles.

Verification documents are stored in an isolated secure storage with restricted access.

Data on goexpertia.ru (Russian users) is stored on servers in Russia in compliance with 152-FZ requirements.

Data on goexpertia.com (international users) is stored on separate servers and is not mixed with the Russian database.

When deleting an account, personal data is anonymized. Financial data is retained as required by accounting regulations.

Content Moderation

The platform uses automatic and manual moderation to maintain content quality and user safety.

Photo Moderation

Profile photos and certificates are checked automatically (Yandex Vision) and manually by moderators for compliance with platform rules.

Content Filter

Messages and descriptions are checked for prohibited content: contact info before booking, spam, and offensive language.

If your content was blocked by mistake, contact support via Telegram or email. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Account Safety

Recommendations for protecting your GoExpertia account.

Use a strong password of at least 8 characters with letters and numbers.

Verify your email - it's required for creating bookings and account recovery.

Connect Telegram notifications for instant alerts about new orders and messages.

Don't share contact details outside the platform before booking confirmation - it protects both parties.

Suspicious activity may result in temporary account suspension for review. Contact support to restore access.
